Chief Service Officer
Prior to joining Langton Green, Karen built strong relationships in the community with families and individuals in need of services. She helped people connect to the kinds of services that Langton Green provides.  Karen accepted the opportunity to be a director in 2014, overseeing these services to make an even bigger difference in people’s lives.  She has assisted some of the same Langton Green residents for close to two decades. Karen especially loves connecting with the individuals she supports and advocating for their unique preferences and needs.  She has a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice as well as Family Studies. Karen received her master’s degree in School Counseling and holds a National Certified Counselor Designation.

“The relationships I have with the people I support and their families are everything.   It keeps me focused on what my purpose is and working to find solutions to any barriers our individuals face!”
