Breton says the more than 200 staff at Langton Green came with diverse backgrounds and skill levels—but they all share a dedication to service, to helping the developmentally disabled adults they support.

Breton welcomes anyone who is interested in a career at Langton to visit the main residential setting at Arundel on the Bay Road in Annapolis, Md. Langton Green also has a 13-acre farm in Millersville that provides vocational training for individuals at Langton Green.
By all accounts the caretakers, managers and directors at Langton Green love their jobs —they take pride in their profession, and bring patience, flexibility, and “a caring heart” to work each day.
