Langton Green’s printer sources urgently needed PPE gear!

How can human service organizations like Langton Green find PPE gear to fight the pandemic? Hospitals across the country are a top priority for personal protective equipment (PPE), but thanks to a generous member of the Langton community, Ironmark, 2,000 urgently needed masks arrived at Langton Green a few weeks ago!

Ironmark, a full-service printing and image firm headquartered in Columbia, Md., produces many of Langton Green’s printed and digital designs. Their professionalism extends to supporting the community by sourcing essential PPE supplies, such as face shields, KN95 and surgical masks, gowns, protective body suits, sanitizer, and infrared thermometers.

Among Ironmark’s clients are organizations that provided essential contacts for sourcing supplies. The company even innovated by using the Plexiglas normally earmarked for wide-format printing for medical face shields.

“All of us at Ironmark were looking for a way to help support our front-line heroes,” says Ironmark President Matt Marzullo. “As it turns out, we have built longstanding relationships with a network of production sources of products and equipment needed for our healthcare, first responders, and care facilities. As such, we are offering PPE equipment to our clients at the lowest possible cost as a way to protect our brave healthcare doctors, nurses and support staff.”
