In Gratitude: Langton’s Community Report

Langton Green’s latest Community Report celebrates our commitment to the individuals we support. At Langton Green we are committed to guiding individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) to live the lives they choose with the highest degree of independence.

“Taking stock of our accomplishments reminds me of our strengths: dedication to our mission, excellence, and the individuals we support. We are so fortunate to have an extraordinary community of volunteers, donors, and giving partners,” says Kimberly Breton Iaquinta, Executive Director. “We provide services and supports for the individuals in our care with professionalism and compassion, always striving for excellence. We are growing together!”

Despite the challenges of the pandemic at Langton Green we have many accomplishments to proudly share in our 2021 Community Report, including grant awards in support of our farm and programs, including supported employment, animal therapy, and other programs for the individuals we support.

“We provide services and supports for the individuals in our care with professionalism and compassion, always striving for excellence. We are growing together!”  -Kimberly Breton Iaquinta, Executive Director

We also received an award to develop a virtual activities website for our community. “Langton Learning” will launch with dozens of virtual activities, like yoga, cooking and travel tours, for those who might otherwise be isolated.

As always, we dedicate ourselves to excellence and professionalism, maintaining high standards of care, recognized by MANO (Maryland Association of Non-Profits) Standards of Excellence accreditation.  Learn more about our community and giving partners here.
